Golf
LGC is rated the best-conditioned course in Malawi by Golf Digest and it's easy to see why, with its bent grass, slick greens, providing a challenge for all golfers. Catch your breath on the par 3, 5th hole as your tee shot drops 80 meters to the hole. The 18th is a great par 5 finishing hole with a large dam on the left, a wetland dividing the fairway, demanding accuracy for your 2nd, and an elevated green surrounded by deep bunkers.
Championship Golf
Experience the thrill of championship golf in Malawi at Lilongwe Golf Club. We boast the only 18-hole course in the country, with well-kept fairways and greens framed by century old trees. For those who need a little practice, there is also a driving range and putting green. Our facilities include a club house and pro-shop which stocks a range of golf related merchandise and other sporting equipment with golf clubs available for hire. After a strenuous round of 18 holes you can sit and enjoy the natural scenery of our greens over a cold drink in The Hazard Bar.
Lessons
If you’re new to the beautiful game, or simply want to improve your swing, we have resident golf pro’s on hand. Lessons are available for both juniors and adults at a time to suit you.
